EMDAD is SABIC's supply chain management project. The website is fully dynamic and redesigned to communicate the project's news, announcements, and updates constantly. It is based on a collaborative approval workflow that engaged Editors, Translators, and Change Management manager to publish content in a timely manner.

CONTENT UPDATE WORKFLOW

The Automated content update workflow initiative was started by Internal Communications with the cooperation of Corporate Communication Business partners. Business Units and Corporate Functions will work with Corporate Communication Business partners to ensure that their respective intranets will not have outdated content.

The Content-Update Process is designed to:

• Ensure that intranet content remains relevant and consistent
• Include a series of task requests, automated reminder messages and notifications on progress
• Give SBUs and CFs a more effective way to develop, manage and maintain their content on the intranet
• Support Corporate Communication Business partners to ensure that content is up to date and evergreen.
